Key Responsibilities

– Create and manage engaging, brand-aligned content across platforms in collaboration with teams, ensuring consistency through a strategic content calendar
– Analyze social media performance and competitor trends to deliver insights and data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
– Engage and support online communities by managing customer interactions, building relationships, and acting as a bridge between audiences and the organisation
– Lead end-to-end social media campaigns—from planning and execution to performance evaluation—ensuring impact, efficiency, and brand growth.
– Safeguard brand reputation by monitoring online presence, managing risks, and positioning the organisation as a trusted industry leader.
